HelloFresh x Pokémon Live TCG is a strong partnership because both brands fit naturally into people’s everyday routines. HelloFresh helps make cooking easy and rewarding, while Pokémon Live TCG encourages regular play, progression, and learning through daily matches and deck building. Both experiences are built around small, repeat wins that feel satisfying and motivating.
By bringing Pokémon Live TCG into the HelloFresh experience, the campaign turns mealtime into something more fun and interactive. Pokémon’s world of collecting and rewards pairs well with HelloFresh’s choice-based meal kits, creating moments of discovery and achievement. The partnership adds play to an everyday task, helping HelloFresh connect with a younger, gaming-savvy audience in a way that feels natural, not forced.

Our look & feel needed to be clean and ahere to some of the Hello Fresh guidelines, therefore within scope we are inspired by Pokemon Card silver borders to frame our artwork. In all of our promotional pieces we choose to include a TCG card to reinforce the brand and excite fans.
We created a range of assets during this campaign including promotional leaflets, children's puzzle sheets and placemats, additional elements for the recipe cards, digital banners and a range of paid and organic social posts. For the AV pieces I storyboarded and styled
the frames and worked with a motion designer to bring them to life. A key part to this campaign was bringing something new to the standard Hello Fresh campaign whilst rooting ourselves in the Hello Fresh brand universe.
